We serve as the central point of coordination between management in Japan and the European professionals involved.

We investigate the European market from a practical business perspective, including potential customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, competitors, locations and relevant local market conditions.
Our objective is to give management in Japan the information needed to decide whether, where and how to proceed in Europe.
Quoted according to scope
Local participation in meetings and commercial negotiations, with support for communication between Japanese and European parties.
We coordinate advisers, follow up agreed actions and support implementation, keeping your management informed as work progresses.
From €7,500 / month
Your local European point of contact when establishing a full European management team is not yet necessary.
Support can include meetings, local coordination, negotiation support, business development, liaison with professional advisers and regular reporting to management in Japan.
Substantial temporary management and support mandates are quoted individually depending on scope.
Fees are indicative and depend on the agreed scope. Travel, external professional fees and exceptional project expenses are separate.
